Services Overview

I am a virtual therapist servicing clients throughout the state of California via HIPPA compliant Zoom.

My objective is to ensure you get the best possible experience possible in therapy. If I think you are better suited with someone else that specializes in an area, I will provide referrals to such individuals.

I believe no two people are alike, and therefore all types of therapy are unique. While we have various ways of "treating" clients, I work with my client(s) to find what works best for them given their experience. Below are the types of services I offer.

Individual Therapy

Adults and Teens

Individual psychotherapy focuses on insight and understanding, helping us better cope with the circumstances around us. This process of discovering and renegotiation may require re-working some of our past programming, or reframing current situations. At the core of all of this is someone who will help you get in touch with your emotions and be safe expressing them, helping to better navigate the world around you.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes and $200. Lower fee Telehealth slots are available.

Couples/Relationship Therapy

Couples, Dyads, Triads, Poly and Families

Couples/relationship therapy focuses on the relationship between one or more individuals. We not only explore what is preventing it from being fruitful for all involved, but also those things to keep it together and the foundation it is built off of. Each relationships is different -- it is about understanding and navigating this relationship and not any style of relationship from a normative lens.

Sessions are usually 50 minutes and $250. Lower fee slots are available at times on Telehealth.

Instead of working through emotional problems, sometimes we just need to set some tangible goals and find a way to reach them. These include, but are not limited to, major life changes, career direction/changes, and moving.

Sessions are usually 50 minutes long here and priced at $225. Custom packages are determined based on the type of work being done.
